If it's one thing I've realized from watching so many people, is that many people spend way too much overanalyzing every single little detail. This is called analysis paralysis. DO NOT GET STUCK HERE.

There's so many people that SAY but never DO.

I've always lived my life to approach and attack things HEAD ON!

With all my experience as a real estate agent, I knew I had an advantage when it came to analyzing deals. So once I found a great one, I knew right away I had to pounce!
