HAWAII REAL ESTATE MARKET UPDATE NOVEMBER 2022! Are #HawaiiRealEstate prices DROPPING? Is now a GOOD time to buy a house in Hawaii? Active listings are ON THE RISE. We currently have about 2,000 listings on the market and 700 under contract. The market is CHANGING dramatically. BUT WHAT’S NEW? SUBMARKETS are keeping the Hawaii Real Estate Market intact. NORTH KONA has over 190 properties on the market, 118 under contract. In this video, I (#DylanNonaka) will explain the current stats on Hawaii island's East and West Side and tell you why BUYER DEMAND IS STILL STRONG. SALES have DROPPED OFF, but we’re going back to the pre-covid numbers. In HAWAII RESIDENTIAL HOUSING MARKET, there’s almost a 31% drop in sales year to date, but the median price is up by 5.26%. But on top of that, HAWAII CONDO MARKET SALES are down by 30%, and the median price is up by 18.75%. Here you can see that the market prices are still UP regardless of the general market activity.
