I Went BACK to Maui After 4 Years – Another Week in Hawaii

Back to Maui for the first time in four years, and it felt great to be back in the Hawaiian sunshine! Met up with some family members for the first few days there, and then stayed another week to explore the island and relax at the beach.

I stayed at the Maui Vista condos in Kihei and I really like that location. It's close to beaches, bars, stores and never far from anywhere you want to go on the island. If you stay at a condo instead of a resort, you'll want to rent a vehicle and then stock up at the Costco near the airport before heading to your location. I also use the Foodland and ABC store in Kihei to get additional things throughout the week.

This was a great trip. I did many of the usual things I've done before: Snorkeling, Road to Hana, Mt. Haleakala, Maui Brewing, Big Beach, Kihei Bars - But also visited the far North side of the Island, which I hadn't been to before. Hope you enjoy, and I look forward to the next time I am able to return!
