White Plains Beach (Sept 15, 2022) 4K

Eimy decided to go to her old favorite surf spot at White Plains beach in Kapolei which she has fond memories of going back nearly a decade. Not long after this surf session, the wind turned onshore and it started pouring rain.

Some people call White Plains the Waikiki of the Westside of Oahu. Its a very family friendly place to surf, not nearly as dangerous as Canoes surf break in Waikiki. There's a lot of longboards and military personal learning how to surf here and it's really spread out. For the waves to really work at White Plains, you don't want the swell to be too big or too small, but true 2-3ft. On the right day you can score some very nice long rides all the way to the shore. This spot can also catch a west wrap which is very rare but when it does happen, this place can be unreal!
