Hawaii finally got a NW swell on Monday Nov 21, 2022. Surfline was forecasting 6-10ft with strong winds. The Waves got better and surprisingly there were only 4-5 people charging pipe at one point. The most uncrowded we've ever seen it. Koa Rothman and Ivan Florence paddled out and someone lost their drone to the Sea after the wave exploded and the drone was flying too low. Looks can be deceiving, it was gnarly out there and the current was mean. Later we went to Haleiwa to watch the Sunset and realized the waves were pretty fun there too.
