Pineapple Top Hawaii - Jumbo stuffed shrimp!

Look at what we found at our local fish market! I know I know these aren’t as big as other parts of the world but for Hilo on the big island it’s huge to us. Stuffing:
1 (4-6 oz canned ) white crab meat
4 oz imitation crab
1/4 c mayo
2 tbs bread crumb
1 egg yolk
Salt and pepper
Parsley
