No Love Triangle (Opening Scene) – Uluwatu

When a big crowd shows up for a solid swell at Uluwatu there’s bound to be some close calls and mishaps.

Fortunately for the trio in the opening scene, they somehow managed to avoid an ugly three-way collision. If not for the delayed, sideways duck-dive it would have likely ended much differently.

If you were lucky enough to find a wave – and clear path – to yourself, there was the chance to score a nice barrel or long wall during this session. But that’s easier said than done with numbers like this.
