Learning Downwind foil: Tips and My Honest Experience

I really wanted to share my experience to let all of you know that the level of difficulty you're experiencing is normal.

And I wanted to share some of my mistakes. I'll have another video soon sharing more of my mistakes in the coming weeks.

I hope that hearing from a normal guy (not a world class athlete) that it's hard makes you keep struggling through and not quit. You're not alone in the struggle and there is light at the end of the tunnel haha!

I wanted to quit sooooooo many times! Truly I was going selling my DW board at one point.

Now that I've pushed through it's my favourite of the foiling sports!!! It's incredible but you really do have to earn your stripes. More so than any other thing I've learnt.
