Gettin' Out of Dodge: Daisy Wheels Her Tiny Home from Venice to Santa Monica

Daisy, recognized as the Venice Healer, faced a critical moment this morning when she discovered her tiny home on the Venice Beach Boardwalk being targeted for demolition by city sanitation workers. Although she had returned to her own residence the previous night, her timely morning return to the boardwalk allowed her to salvage the structure.

Feeling the pressure of escalating enforcement actions, Daisy transported her tiny home to Santa Monica. Once there, she prepared for any further challenges by covering the home with a tarp. Daisy's decision to relocate is a strategic move to regroup before she continues her advocacy and building efforts for the homeless community.

This episode highlights the ongoing struggles Daisy navigates as she works to provide housing solutions in the face of bureaucratic and regulatory challenges.
