The Biden Administration along with it's Western allies (the G7 economies) just agreed to lend Ukraine $50 billion, but there's something very different about this money. Unlike all the previous times the US provided aid to Ukraine, this time the money came from somewhere else. This decision made by President Biden was likely the final spark to convince even US allies that the USD is no longer a safe haven asset like it once was.
