West Hawaii Real Estate Update-March 2024

Home sales are cooking with sales of homes in February 2024 up over 30% from February 2023. Interest rates went up a notch in February, but have come down recently, spurring more mortgage applications as buyers are still getting into multiple offer situations in West Hawaii for well priced homes. Homes that are overpriced are sitting on the market and are fetching about 96% of list price.
