West Hawaii Market Report April 2024

The real estate market in West Hawaii continues to be busy and prices are increasing slightly, with the median home price now at 1.5 million. The single family housing market saw a 24% increase in sales month over month. The condo market is softening with a drop in sales of 8.5% month over month. Good news-we are seeing more homes coming on the market. Rates are rising, which is having an impact on home sales.
