New proposal to help victims of the Lahaina fire

Hello friends. I came across a couple of interesting stories that I wanted to share.
The second story I cover here is creating a lot of hostility between residents of Maui.
I can go into the many unintended consequences in a future video but for now- this proposal seems to be bringing up a lot of strong feelings.
