MEGA Hawaii Market Update 🤯! Rising Inventory, Sellers Market, & Interest Rates DROP??

Are #HawaiiRealEstate prices DROPPING? This video shows the latest big island market update and compares 2022 data with pre-covid levels in 2019. In the #HawaiiResidentialMarket, we’re seeing the same volume trend, from 259 sales last year to 183 this month. #MEDIANPRICE in Hawaii Residential Market HAS NOT DROPPED from a year ago, and we see a stable trend in the Final List Price to sold price. In #HawaiiCondoMarket, all we see are HUGE DROPS in sales from a year ago, and there’s no doubt we see a slow growth in sales, but THIS TIME, median prices for #CondosInHawaii are lower than a year ago. It’s an interesting trend that we need to see in the market, whether you’re a seller or a buyer. When we look at sales in 2019 vs. 2022, we can see that we’re going back to the normal levels of the market, and I’m excited to see if this is going to continue in the up and coming months.
