HAWAII DECEMBER HOUSING MARKET UPDATE! HOME EXCHANGE IS A BAD IDEA [REALTORS REACT TO HOW IT WORKS]

Welcome to ALOHA FRIDAY HAWAII REAL ESTATE SHOW! In this video, I #dylannonaka , and other #toprealtors in Hawaii discussed #homeexchange . Heidi Dollinger and Ashliey Wasson with Peter Kay share their INSIGHT and what PROBLEMS you may encounter when doing HOME SWAP or HOME EXCHANGE. We discussed how it works, why it is a bad idea, and what other workaround you can do if you want to do Home Swap or Home Exchange in Hawaii. Watch the video until the end if you are curious about Home Exchange and want to know if it is worth it.

For the LATEST update on Hawaii #realestatemarket , #bigisland and #maui housing markets felt SLOWER than last year. However, Maui's Housing Market looks PROMISING. Even though the inventories are still low, buyers are still ENTHUSIASTIC with buying #realestateproperty . Big Island may also have BETTER news in the coming months with #interestrates STABILIZING and people choosing to REINVEST on #realestate OVER cryptocurrencies. #oahu Hawaii Housing Market experienced a random SPIKE in activities in December. Although the #homesales are slightly lower than November, December feels BUSIER with offers, pre-approvals, and overall Real Estate Market activity in Oahu.
