Big Island may also have BETTER news in the coming months with #interestrates STABILIZING and people choosing to REINVEST on #realestate OVER cryptocurrencies. #oahu Hawaii Housing Market experienced a random SPIKE in activities in December. Although the #homesales are slightly lower than November, December feels BUSIER with offers, pre-approvals, and overall Real Estate Market activity in Oahu.
