Hawaii Real Estate Channels: Are They Really Selling Out Hawaii?

I recently saw several comments on a video by a Hawaii Real Estate YouTube channel that accused the creator of selling out Hawaii and catering to outsiders when so many locals are struggling to finding housing. So I thought I'd share my opinion of these types of channels as someone who also creates videos related to Hawaii. As a local who is looking to upgrade to a larger home, I understand where these comments are coming from. However, as a YouTube content creator, I think these realtors who choose to make videos are expanding their online presence and, as a result, potentially increasing their reach for their business. I'm also impressed by how some of these channels have changed their content strategy over time - from home tours to talking more about life in Hawaii.
