Paul H. Brewbaker is the Principal of TZ Economics, a Hawaii economics consultancy. His background in research on the Hawaii economy and financial risk analytics stems from a 25-year affiliation with Bank of Hawaii, concluding as its Chief Economist. He is a graduate of Stanford University, did graduate work at the University of Wisconsin, and received his Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Hawaii. He has lectured extensively in international, monetary, and financial economics. He is a member of the American Economic Association, the American Finance Association, and the National Association for Business Economics, from which he holds the Certified Business Economist designation.

Patrick W ONeill R PB is a 30+ year international real estate veteran with over US$2 Billion in closed sales. He holds a Real Estate degree from the Business School at Florida State University and is a former State of Florida real estate broker. He is currently the principal broker owner of Luxury Homes International and ONEILL Group LLC commercial services. He holds both a US and Hong Kong property Brokers license.

Anders Hostelley brings two and a half decades of mortgage experience in the local home loans industry to Guaranteed Rate. Before joining Guaranteed Rate Anders was the President of Honolulu HomeLoans, HomeLoans where he oversaw secondary marketing, shipping, funding, credit and loan production. Prior to working at Honolulu HomeLoans he fulfilled the role of Branch Manager of Honolulu and Kauai branches of Wells Fargo Home Mortgage of Hawaii, where his leadership consistently earned well-recognized top honors nationally for the company’s Presidents and Sales Leaders Club for branch profitability.

Anders began his career at Finance Factors and Honolulu Mortgage before joining Bank of Hawaii in 1995, where he achieved top producing loan officer designation and was promoted to loan center manager. He is a leader and active contributor in the Hawaii mortgage industry serving as a board member of the Mortgage Bankers Association of Hawaii and has participated on committees of the Building Industry Association of Hawaii for a number of years. Anders is a graduate of the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
