A Honolulu resident since 2004, Duc has sold over $54M in residential real estate across Oahu, from starter condos to luxury properties and multifamily investments. He is also a partner in 8 multifamily assets valued at over $105M, giving him firsthand experience on both sides of the transaction.
Duc holds an M.S. in Physics from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and a B.S. in Physics from UC San Diego. He brings that analytical background to everything he does: pricing strategy, negotiation, investment underwriting, and market analysis.
