Since the age of 19 I have been a licensed real estate agent here in Hawaii on the island of Oahu. Ever since then I have always loved everything about real estate. I love it so much that I practically live, eat, breathe, and sleep real estate.

It wasn't until I started diving deep into Youtube I discovered the actual power of real estate investing. After watching YouTube channels like Graham Stephan, Meet Kevin, Bigger Pockets, Manny Khoshbin, and Ryan Pineda, I realized that I share a lot of things in common with these guys. One of those things were that they started out as real estate agents and then eventually got into real estate investing and of course documenting all the real estate investing and talking about it on YouTube.

I am always trying to take life to the next level and I knew real estate investing was the perfect route to go. I figured what better way to get more YouTube content than to document my entire journey with my real estate INVESTOR career.

I watch a lot of Ryan Pineda's videos and he really inspired me to get into flipping houses. When it comes to doing new things in life I always take it by storm, and his approach to aggressively flipping homes to build capital and wealth was very appealing to me.

I also am a very big fan of Manny Khoshbin and eventually I do want to start getting to flipping commercial real estate properties in the future. However, commercial real estate is definitely a different animal. So for now I will be flipping residential real estate to start off.

So here is a first look at my first flip that I got under contract! Once this closes I will be making an updated video that will go into depth about numbers and also the renovation process!
