The market appears to be slowing in East Hawaii as days on market mount and percentage to list price dip. As Amber Haley and I discuss statistics and trends, we also discussed that we were in Volcano, within a mile of the Kilauea eruption that started the same day! So, we discussed lava zones, threats and air quality, as well.
