Here are 4 things to know about Oahu’s market. These comparisons are from March 2023 to March 2022.

1️⃣ The median sales price for single family homes has dropped by 5.8% to $1,083,750 compared to March 2022. And condos have risen by 4% to $536,000.

2️⃣ The number of closed sales for single-family homes has dropped by 26.5% and condos by 33.9%.

3️⃣ Median days on the market have quadrupled to 36 days for single-family homes and condos, nearly tripled to 24 days compared to a year ago.

4️⃣ Active inventory for both homes and condos has increased by 50.3% and 25.4%, respectively.
