6) Mail business cards to everyone on that list
7) Set Your Goals
8) Create a strategy and action plan
9) find a mentor
10) attend brokers open and open houses
11) Drive through neighborhoods understand the market
12) Educate yourself about the home buying and selling process
13) attend networking events to meet other professionals
14) attend networking events to meet other realtors
15) find your go to lender
16) send out mailers to homes
17) Learn on YouTube
18) create a system to keep track of your Leads
19) document all of this and post on social media
20) Always reach out to people on social media
