Kauai mayor signs bill banning disposable bodyboards

On Wednesday, Dec. 10, Mayor Derek S.K. Kawakami signed Bill No. 2976 into law, which would prohibit the sale, rental or distribution of disposable foam bodyboards in Kauai.
