100-year-old Robert Fernandez is a veteran of the U.S. Navy. He was just 17 when the attack on Pearl Harbor in Hawaii hit his crew. More than eight decades later, he speaks about his experiences. The State of Washington joins the rest of the country in lowering flags to half staff in honor of the victims.
