2 teaspoon soy sauce (Aloha Soy Sauce or Kikkoman)
4 teaspoon hot sauce (Sriracha)
1/4 cup mayonnaise (Kewpie or Best Foods)
1 cup masago
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine the sesame oil, soy sauce, hot sauce, mayonnaise and masago.
Cut the ahi into cubes (bite -sized).
Mix well to combine.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight.
Serve over rice or on a bed of seaweed.
Garnish with green onions.
