Another day in Hawaii and another day of exploration and eats! Thank you to everyone who reached out and recommended great places to try and visit... including Hawaii's best buffet at the Orchids restaurant. And today I get to visit their Sunday brunch buddet. This seafood buffet is highly sought after and I was lucky enough to get a reservation due to a last-minute cancellation.

Having been to so many restaurants, all of which were very good, I can't wait to see how the Orchids buffet can top the others, but happy to find out... it certainly did not disappoint with the immaculate Seafood stations, into the savory carvery featuring prime rib and lechon. and to guild the lily further, fresh got ramen and probably the best dessert offerings I've seen in Hawaii.

And as always, having a great meal is wonderful but it's the people you meat during the travels that makes things special... and is was no exception. Very fortunate to have met Gina and David who were celebrating their anniversary...and they were gratious enough to invite me to a luau they were hosting... so after one buffer adventure, we're off to another one...please join me for part 2!
