Hey there, It’s time to say “Aloha”!

This past September, I've been to Maui, Oahu, and Kauai, HI, USA. It was such an awesome experience to visit 3 islands of Hawaii, enjoy its scenery and fantastic food, and be able to share a little culinary medicine!

I started my trip in Maui at the community center to demo, and also had a food demo at the Down To Earth Organic & Natural Oahu location. Had a blast with their meet & greet with VSH members, and in Kapa'a Neighborhood Center, County of Kaua'i. And everywhere in between, I explored as much as I could! Traveling is my self-care! ✈️
