Good, Authentic Szechuan Cuisine on Oahu

SXY Szechuan, a Szechuan restaurant in Ala Moana Shopping Center, served us some surprisingly authentic Szechuan cuisine. In fact, it might be the only authentic Szechuan restaurant on Oahu, and it was certainly worth the visit.
